.Open the AWS IAM console, select ‘Users’ from the sidebar, and click on ‘Create User’ to begin the user creation process.

.Enter a username for the new user. To grant AWS Management Console access, check the appropriate box. Use this option if you wish to create an IAM user with console access

.Create a password for the user by choosing either the auto-generated option or entering a custom password manually, then click ‘Next’ to proceed.

.To assign permissions to this user, choose an existing permission policy, copy permissions from another user if needed, or proceed without assigning any permissions.

.Review all user details and assigned permissions, then optionally add tags to help identify and manage the user before proceeding to the next step.

.The user has been successfully created. Download the CSV file containing the user’s credentials for future reference.
